**Financial Controller** **Steadfast \| San Antonio, FL** **Reports to:** Chief Financial Officer **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, Exempt **The Opportunity** Steadfast is seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead its accounting function and strengthen the financial discipline, reporting, and systems that support the company’s growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will own the integrity of the company’s financial statements, the effectiveness of its accounting operations, and the development of a high\-performing accounting team. This leader will translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for executives and divisional leaders while building reliable processes that can scale with the business. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between reviewing a complex reconciliation, challenging a job\-cost variance, coaching a team member, and presenting financial results to leadership.
