Job Description Sr. Specialist, Field Communications Strategy, Analytics \& Operations Position **Overview:** The Sr. Specialist will be a member of the Field Communications Strategy, Analytics \& Operations team and will help define, develop, and manage communication channels, platforms, and capabilities for US Human Health Field Sales teams across all Business Units. The role will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, L\&D, Compliance, Legal, and other functions to optimize these resources and ensure alignment with business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and govern the communication channel strategy and access across Marketing, Sales Leadership, field\-based employees, L\&D, Compliance, Legal, and IT to optimize platforms, systems, and processes for US Human Health Field Sales teams across all Business Units. * Support the development, optimization, and operation of the bulletin communication platform (MyComms) and the non\-customer\-facing resource platform (Nexus) in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and other headquarters functions supporting US Human Health Field Sales across all Business Units. * Provide onboarding, training, and technical support for fie...
