**Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) \- FT \& PRN** **Golden San Andreas Care Center** **Evening Shift:** Full\-Time \| 2:00 PM–10:30 PM **Job Summary** ***Golden San Andreas Care Center***in is seeking a **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)** responsible for resident services and other duties assigned, performing duties with other staff and volunteers as appropriate. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, dining services and others as needed for resident well\-being. Trains other staff as assigned. **Essential Functions:** * Supervises nursing care to residents * Complies with state and Federal Regulations * Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team * Maintains standards of professional nursing practice. * Provides back\-up to Director of Nursing when needed. * Reviews assignments with Director of Nursing and Administrator. * Observes changes in resident status, needs or preferences, and communicates them appropriately to the Director of Nursing and/or Resident Care Manager. * Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, security, work, safety, and other emergency procedures. * Notifies physician, RN...
