Job Description: The Systems Analyst is the internal workflow, data\-quality, library\-governance, and reporting owner for the Engineering Systems organization. The Systems Analyst manages the controlled transition of product\-data packages into the PDM workflow, validates system and metadata completeness, maintains PDM Library and dashboard integrity, and translates workflow and data\-quality information into actionable management visibility. The Systems Analyst reports to the Engineering Systems Manager and works closely with the Product Data Engineer, Project Engineers, TSE, Mechanical Engineering, SMEs, Design Engineering, Manufacturing/Methods, and other process stakeholders. The role supports Engineering Systems mapping, workflow standardization, Lessons Learned reporting, specification\-library governance, and continuous improvement. This role is a full\-time position. What Success Looks Like: Success in this role provides Prefab NAM with trustworthy workflow visibility, reliable PDM Library information, clear data\-quality reporting, controlled handoffs, and early identification of system or process gaps.
