Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to work for our company. Summary: Supports the Defense Logistics Agency by providing Agile project support and business process expertise to an existing project team. Responsibilities include leveraging tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel to manage tasks, support Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, track sprint progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication across teams. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, the role also involves coaching teams, supporting Product Owners, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating cross\-team dependencies. Additionally, the position contributes to defining system scope and objectives aligned with organizational business plans and project requirements while providing Agile guidance on the business implications of system applications.
