The position also requires the development of adhoc analysis and presentations to provide decision support for key business initiatives. **Responsibilities** Assist in preparing consolidated financial management reports and forecasts. Including maintaining financial planning system for management segments and generating segment and consolidated non GAAP financial schedules. Develop annual budget for assigned subsidiaries which are then aggregated and submitted to senior management and the Board of Directors for review and approval; participates in budget reviews; prepares re\-forecasts as deemed necessary during the year.
