**Overview** The Business Manager is responsible for the records and financial transactions for the Holy Spirit Church and its school. The Business Manager works closely with the Pastor, the School Principal, Building \& Grounds staff, etc. providing financial reports that guide decision making. In addition, the Business Manager encourages strong financial stewardship. **Responsibilities** * Provide oversight of the day\-to\-day financial activity of the church and school including A/R, A/P, General Ledger and Payroll accounting. * Prepares financial reports for church and school leadership. * Participate with parish leadership in financial decision\-making. * Supervise staff **Skills** * Essential: Business and financial leadership, revenue and expense oversight experience. * Essential: Team leadership, effective communication. * Preferred: non\-profit experience Pay: From $45,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
