**Description** Summary: The Business Systems Analyst Senior is responsible for leading/guiding meetings with the core leadership team in gathering comprehensive business requirements, to include business operations workflow designs. This entails advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of the system applications, as well as working with the Ministry Support and Service Delivery teams. Collaborating with customers to enhance their work methodologies and tools and maintaining a customer\-centric technical knowledge and focus when contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities. The Business Systems Analyst Senior is responsible for the delivery of all discovery artifacts. Will serve as the liaison for the different Information Service teams while assisting with implementing workflow solutions and ensuring Project Management processes are followed.
