**Clinical Research Assistant** ------------------------------- **Full\-Time \|****Non\-Exempt \| On\-Site Only** **Reports to:** Site Manager ### **Position Summary** We are seeking a Pediatric Phlebotomist \& Clinical Research Assistant to support our clinical research team in the daily operations of clinical trials. This role combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including direct patient interaction, study coordination, and data support. The ideal candidate is organized, patient\-focused, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced clinical research environment. Strong communication with the study team, Site Manager, and participants is essential. Adherence to site SOPs and regulatory standards is required at all times. This is a fully on\-site position, no remote or hybrid work options are available ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support patient recruitment through pre\-screening and scheduling * Prepare source documentation and visit binders for study visits * Request and manage medical records as needed * Ensure completion of e\-diaries by study participants * Check patients in and out for study visits * Coordinate participant compensation * Answer and rout...
