**Join our Page G.T.C family today!** **Shift****: Monday\-Friday / 6AM \- 3:30PM** **$75,000 \- $95,000 annually (**based on experience**)** **J****o****b purpose** Ensure production requirements are met and the work environment is stable, safe, and healthy. The role of site supervisor is to manage staff, minimize wasted capacity and overtime, manage onsite equipment and meet production goals. **D****uties an****d responsibilities** * Supervises Onsite Drivers. Running a safe, injury/accident free, equipment damage free workplace, (OSHA compliant) * Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures. * Enforce correct procedures for loading, unloading, and tipping. * Manage staff levels and weekly hours to minimize overtime and capacity. * Monitor, evaluate, coach, and document employee performance; provide corrective action and performance feedback in partnership with the Terminal Manager / Dispatcher. * Daily equipment tracking of units onsite; ensure DVIR compliance from drivers * Submit daily yard checks to dispatch, terminal management and maintenance personnel * Work alongside crews during freight operations as a working supervis...
