Northeastern Home Group LLC is seeking an **experienced Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)** to provide administrative leadership, regulatory oversight, compliance management, and day\-to\-day operational oversight for our Assisted Living and Customized Living program. We are specifically seeking someone with **hands\-on Minnesota Chapter 144G Assisted Living experience**. This is not intended to be an entry\-level LALD position. The ideal candidate already understands how a Minnesota Assisted Living facility operates, knows how to maintain required records and compliance systems, has experience preparing for or participating in MDH surveys, understands staff and resident compliance requirements, and can help keep the facility **survey\-ready every day**.
