**Position Summary** The Logistics Order Coordinator supports daily logistics and retail order execution by ensuring accurate order flow, shipment coordination, and system alignment from order receipt through shipment confirmation. This role serves as a key execution link between retail customer portals, internal sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant shipments. **Key Responsibilities** **Order \& System Coordination** * Download, review, and monitor customer orders from retail portals and internal systems * Accurately enter and maintain order data within the company’s operating system * Verify consistency between customer portals, internal records, and shipping documentation * Generate manual purchase orders when required due to inventory or allocation changes **Shipment \& Logistics Support** * Prepare and transmit Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) and shipment confirmations to retail customers * Create and distribute daily shipping lists to dispatch and warehouse teams * Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch to confirm ship dates, load details, and shipment status * Communicate order changes, delays, or exceptions to internal stakeholders in a ...
