**POSITION PURPOSE / IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION** -------------------------------------------------------- The Electrician II/III is responsible for skilled technical work in the installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of various electrical components and equipment in City facilities.Tasks involve the use of acquired skills in electrical installation and general maintenance, electrical repair and construction activities related to building operations. Electrician II requires a Journeyman Electrical license issued by the State of Colorado, or reciprocal state. Electrician III requires a Master Electrical license issued by the State of Colorado, or reciprocal state. This position will also be required to work on non\-electrical issues performed by the division. **It is a mandatory requirement of this position to work overtime, take weekend duty, and be on\-call for facility and emergencies. Must be able to reach the City limits, within 60 minutes after being contacted, when on\-call. This is a safety\-sensitive position.** The full salary range for this position is stated above.
