Customer \& Partner Engagement Specialist **Description \-** **Job Description** The Nurture \& Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing customer and partner engagement programs across the full customer journey. This role owns the execution of nurture programs, email communications, automated workflows, enablement campaigns, and engagement sequencing designed to move customers and partners through the funnel. Working closely with Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, Digital Experience \& Optimization, Growth Marketing, MarTech , Creative, UX/Web, and Alliance teams, this individual helps ensure customers receive the right experience, content, and engagement across touchpoints.
