We operate as one team, and we recognize and promote people who perform. **The Role** The Warehouse Operations Manager runs warehouse operations across our two Atlanta locations and owns the company’s warehouse priorities: process documentation, quality management, WMS execution, billing and P\&L accountability, and the people systems that make RS Group a repeatable, scalable 3PL operation. You’ll lead the team day to day and build the processes, data, and people programs that scale the business.
