Kapa Seed Services is hiring for an Office Manager. Kapa Seed is a full service bean seed company located in Caldwell, Idaho. We strive to provide quality production, conditioning, and treating services for customers around the world. We offer contract production, with complete field service from start to finish. Seed treatments can be completely customized to a customers needs. We are blessed to be located in the heart of the Treasure Valley, one of the best regions in the world for seed production. Our dry desert climate, with warm days and cool nights, provides near perfect growing conditions for healthy crops to produce high quality seed. Responsibilities will include: 1\) Digitizing spreadsheets that are filled out by hand outside 2\) Sampling and testing crops as they are received during harvest 3\) Keep inventory of where all seed is located on site 4\) Filing and processing paperwork for various seed certification programs. 5\) Filling out BOL's for incoming and outbound trucks 6\) Run a scale weighing trucks in and out A good candidate for this job will be: A) Detail Oriented B) Proficient working in the Microsoft Suite C) Organized D) Willing to work in a dusty environmen...
