* Lead site development planning and design, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, erosion and sediment control, and roadway design. * Apply technical expertise and project management skills while coordinating with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high\-quality, compliant, and cost\-effective solutions. * Ensure designs comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license * Strong working knowledge of site development design practices, permitting, and construction processes * Experience with stormwater management design and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling * Extensive AutoCAD Civil 3D experience, specifically with grading design * Strong communication skills Pay based on years of experience.
