**The Course Products Specialist is a hands\-on content creator responsible for building and uploading to the LMS the digital training experiences that support the Ready for Work (RFW) initiative—a large\-scale effort to deliver hundreds of concise, performance\-focused self\-paced eLearning\-style CBTs.** **This role is central to the development and deployment of the eLearning microlessons, working directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract operational knowledge and translate it into engaging, modular digital content using digital tools like Articulate Storyline.
