**Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ This position will coordinate the post\-sale implementation of corporate training and apprenticeship projects from initial handoff through completion. Serve as a primary day\-to\-day contact for employers and students regarding registration, funding requirements, vouchers, enrollment links, deadlines, and required documentation. Coordinate SC WINS, apprenticeship grants, and other applicable funding processes under the direction of the Business Solutions Project Manager. Collaborate across Operations, Programs, Academics, Finance, Bookstore, Student Support, and other internal departments to ensure students are properly registered, funded, and prepared to begin training. Track outstanding implementation items, deadlines, and required documentation, and proactively follow up with employers and students to resolve issues before they affect registration or training. Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records, project documentation, student information, and implementation tracking tools.
