**JOB SUMMARY****:** The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for managing the day\-to\-day operations of the Purchasing Team, including Specialists, Agents, and Leads. This role ensures purchasing activities are completed accurately and efficiently in alignment with company policy and supports the successful execution of procurement functions within Oracle Fusion. The Purchasing Supervisor provides leadership, performance management, and process oversight for the team while supporting continuous improvement and cross\-functional collaboration. **ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES****:** * Supervise a team of Purchasing Specialists, Agents, and Leads across assigned regions or business units. * Monitor daily purchasing activity and prioritize workflow to support both job\-specific and inventory\-related purchasing. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and system workflows in Oracle Fusion. * Review reports and dashboards to identify open POs, delays, or data discrepancies requiring team follow\-up. * Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and formal performance evaluations. * Facilitate training, onboarding, and cross\-training across roles within the purchasin...
