Centurion Residential is seeking an experienced affordable housing professional to manage two senior affordable housing communities in Central Virginia. The Property Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day performance and operation of both communities, including leasing and occupancy, affordable housing compliance, resident relations, rent collection, financial administration, maintenance oversight, inspections, and overall property operations. This is a multi\-site position requiring strong organization, independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance priorities across two communities while maintaining high standards of resident service, property operations, and regulatory compliance. **Multi\-Site Responsibility** The Property Manager will work at both communities in accordance with an assigned schedule and the needs of each community. Regular travel between locations is required, and reliable transportation is necessary.
