**Fundmates** acquires and grows established YouTube channels as standalone media businesses. We are looking for an experienced **YouTube Channel Manager / Producer** to take ownership of a new true crime bodycam channel and lead its existing production team. This is not a social media marketing or brand\-content role. The channel itself is the product: your job is to grow its audience, performance, and revenue. **What you'll own** * Own the channel's content strategy, performance, and day\-to\-day decision\-making. * Manage the existing production team, including writers, video editors, designers, and other contributors. * Review and prioritize content ideas based on audience potential, channel data, and business goals. * Manage the production pipeline from ideation through publishing, keeping quality, deadlines, and output on track. * Analyze YouTube Studio data, including CTR, impressions, retention, AVD, traffic sources, audience behavior, and revenue metrics. * Diagnose underperforming videos and turn performance data into concrete changes to topics, packaging, structure, and production. * Develop and test titles, thumbnails, formats, hooks, and other growth hypotheses. * Trac...
