**Job Description** **Job Title:** Warehouse Manager Assistant **Reports To:** Operations Manager / Warehouse Manager **FLSA Status:** Hourly, Non\-Exempt **Department:** Warehouse / Shipping \& Receiving **Shift:** Full\-Time**Page Break** **Summary/Scope of Role:** The Warehouse Manager Assistant supports the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager with the daily coordination of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and material\-handling activities. This is a hands\-on position responsible for helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse while supporting workflow, employee coordination, inventory accuracy, and on\-time order fulfillment. The position may provide day\-to\-day direction to warehouse employees, assist with training, identify operational issues, and support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
