Business Operations Manager Real Estate Sales and Property Management Wilmington \+ the surrounding coast About this role: We are looking for a motivated, highly proactive person to work directly alongside us across two growing coastal businesses. This is one position with two distinct sides, and you will spend your week moving between both. Part 1: Real estate sales assistance for Sara Darby Real Estate You will support Sara Darby Real Estate, part of The Gillespie Group at Carolina One Properties. Sara remains heavily involved in this business as the main point of contact for clients, and you will be the person who keeps everything moving. This work includes: * Conducting property showings for buyers * Preparing contracts and real estate documents * Coordinating appointments, inspections, and closings * Communicating with clients throughout the buying and selling process * Following up with leads and prospective clients * Setting up new clients in our systems * Assisting with virtual showings for relocating clients * Creating and scheduling social media content * Helping manage our lead generating Facebook groups * Assisting with marketing and email campaigns Success on this side...
