**About us** Virtual Practice Solutions supports physician practices across the country with virtual medical scribing, virtual medical assistance, chronic care management and after\-hours patient support. We have more than 140 people in our operations center, and we're preparing to launch VirtualScribe.ai, our own AI medical scribing software. **About the role** We're hiring one person to run marketing for the company. You'll report directly to the owner, control the advertising budget, and take our new AI product to market. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: spend our advertising money in a way that brings in paying clients, and prove it with numbers. You'll also have a database of past contacts to work, a referral program to run, and a CRM to build campaigns from. This is a build\-it role. There's no marketing team to inherit and no playbook to follow.
