**POSITION:** Email Marketing Associate **DEPARTMENT:** Communications \& Marketing **POSITION REPORTS TO:** Associate Director of Marketing **LOCATION**: Hybrid (Midtown, NY) **FLSA Status:** Non\-Exempt The New York City Bar Association (City Bar), founded in 1870, is a voluntary association of lawyers and law students. The City Bar’s mission is to equip and mobilize a diverse legal profession to practice with excellence, promote reform of the law, and uphold the rule of law and access to justice in support of a fair society and the public interest in our community, our nation, and throughout the world. **Department Function** The Communications and Marketing Department develops and implements marketing and advertising strategies and tactics to promote membership in the Association and awareness of the Association’s activities, events and programs, including Continuing Legal Education (CLE). **Job Function** The Email Marketing Associate, using Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud and Data 360, works within a team to develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies and tactics to increase membership and increase registrations for CLE and non\-CLE programs.
