**Role Overview:** The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care on their assigned unit, ensuring delivery of high\-quality, safe, and cost\-effective patient care. They provide direct patient care, oversee staff, and support professional development and performance evaluations. **Responsibilities:** They coordinate staffing, conduct performance appraisals, address performance issues, and facilitate communication among staff and other departments. They help develop nursing policies, promote evidence\-based practices, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. They handle patient and family concerns, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles. **Qualifications \& Skills:** Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or graduation from a specialty nursing program is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
