The Services \& Warranty Associate Category Lead, supports the Services \& Warranty Category Lead with offer development and management of the warranty renewals business. The Associate Manager will leverage a solid business acumen and analytical capability to perform regular business performance management activities, ensuring the business performance delivers on objectives. This person will partner with Sr. Manager, Services Categories, Category Management, Services Fulfillment, Digital and Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to help define and execute a strategy that delivers the customer experience and financial goals of the business. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
