CALPAK is seeking an experienced Head of Retail to lead the strategy, performance, and growth of our retail business. Reporting to the Executive Director of DTC, this role will own retail performance and profitability while leading the team and capabilities needed to support the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially minded retail leader with strong business acumen, people leadership, and operational experience.
