Job Description: Cape Fox, subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking a qualified Corporate Safety Manager. This candidate position will develop and implement health and safety plans, enforce policies, assess risk, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines for the Mountain Point construction company. Work will be performed primarily within the United States, however, CFMP is working abroad as well. General construction work will include: building renovations and repair; new construction; civil; security upgrades; demolition; pre\-construction services, and IT and physical security upgrades; The Safety Manager supports internal department development of the safety program for standard operating procedures (SOPs), deliverables, subcontractors, and employees to embed the safety culture of Zero accidents in the company. The employee will help improve and/or develop internal safety and quality control (QC) policies. The Safety Manager will oversee the department of site safety and health officers (SSHOs), safety specialists in support of project managers, site superintendents and their construction projects.
