Cooper Farms is currently seeking a General Manager to lead our Egg Processing team. The primary goal of this position is to oversee the operations of all egg processing facilities. **SHIFT HOURS:** This is a Monday through Friday salary role **STARTING RATE:** Commensurate with experience **ADDITIONAL PAY:** Monthly and year\-end profit\-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) **Job Functions:** * Responsible for overseeing and directing Plant Managers for production, maintenance, quality and other support functions at Liquid Egg Processing, Spring Meadow Farms, Central Egg Processing and St. Henry Egg Warehouse. * Coordinate plant activities through effective planning with the Sales managers and each f...
