**Thompson Staffing** is seeking a **Florida Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)** for a direct\-hire opportunity with a company located in North Miami, Florida. This is a field\-based position. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting **Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), and Safety Inspections**, along with strong technical report writing and review capabilities. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in accordance with **ASTM Standard E2018\-24**. * Perform Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS) and safety inspections. * Draft, review, and finalize engineering reports. * Serve as the final technical reviewer for Property Condition Assessment reports prepared by engineering staff prior to delivery to clients. * **Sign and seal engineering reports** in accordance with applicable Florida professional engineering requirements. * Conduct on\-site property evaluations and inspections. * Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable engineering standards and regulations.
