Location: Remote, CET-2 to CET+2 Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, ideally spread across four or five weekdays Start: As soon as possible You will own the people side of MultiBase for a small, international consulting team. Your primary focus is making sure colleagues feel heard, supported and clear about their development. Recruitment is a secondary responsibility when hiring needs arise. This is a hands-on standalone role with no direct reports, reporting directly to the management. About MultiBase MultiBase is a specialist business intelligence and analytics consultancy, founded in 1991. We work with mid-sized companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to turn data into profit. MultiBase has delivered more than 1,500 projects for over 400 clients. We are around 20 people, working remotely across Germany, Romania, India, Brazil, Pakistan and South Africa. English is our working language. We are building an AI-accelerated consulting business with its own products.
