Floors \& More is a fast\-growing organization based in Ocala, FL providing marketing, merchandising, and consulting services to flooring retailers across the United States. We are seeking a versatile Marketing Administrator to manage the digital marketing operations for our network of 90\+ flooring retail members. You will be responsible for coordinating new website launches, third\-party tool integrations, social media content management, and promotional campaign execution. This role requires a balance of technical coordination, creative content management, and administrative support to ensure our members maintain a consistent and effective online presence. **In this role, you will:** * Facilitate new member website go\-live within 30\-60 days by reviewing final drafts and coordinating review meetings between members and Website partner. * Set up and manage Birdeye and Roomvo accounts for members, acquire GMB access, and configure Nexus portal accounts. * Create and post monthly content for all members and corporate social platforms while managing access. * Develop and design quarterly promotions and manage on members websites. * Process Level 1 website edits within 24\-48 busine...
