**Connect Families \& Empower Youth: Join SPIFFY as Engagement Coordinator!** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **What You Will Do** * **Lead Caregiver Engagement:** Plan outreach, workshops, and facilitate the Parent/Caregiver Subcommittee to equip families with resources for youth substance misuse prevention. * **Support Youth Leadership:** Guide youth members on the Steering Committee and support youth participatory action research projects. * **Build Community Partnerships:** Connect with local schools, pediatric offices, and community groups to engage underrepresented families. * **Align Regional Efforts:** Connect local strategies to the Regional Policy and Norms Workgroup and support program alignment across districts. * **Manage Coalition Logistics:** Facilitate meetings, coordinate communication, collect assessment data, and meet grant reporting requirements. * **Center Equity:** Apply anti\-racism and health equity principles to all coalition strategies and decision\-making. ### **What We're Looking For** We are looking for a collaborative community connector passionate about public health, serving underserved populations, a...
