**Description** --------------- Hennepin County Public Work's Transportation Project Delivery (TPD) department is seeking a Transportation Programs Specialist to coordinate the development of Board Action Requests (BARs) and facilitate the process for coordinating procurement requisitions and vendor documentation reflecting all terms negotiated with consultants and outside agencies consistent with county purchasing rules. The TPD department plans, programs, designs and oversees the construction of a safe, and effective transportation system throughout the county. **Location and hours:** This position is hybrid and will be performed both on\-site either at the Hennepin County Public Works Facility at 1600 Prairie Drive, Medina, MN 55340, or the 625 building at 625 South 4th Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55487, in downtown Minneapolis, and remote as job duties require. There is no public transportation to the Public Works facility in Medina. Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with some flexibility.
