**Branch Manager** **Overview** Anchor Pest Services, a rapidly growing, family\-owned pest control company based in southern New Hampshire, is looking for an experienced, proactive, and forward\-thinking Branch Manager with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring daily branch operations run smoothly and efficiently while planning for the future at the same time. You'll work closely with our Service Managers, Office Manager, and sales team to make sure everyone is aligned in hitting their numbers and growing in their roles. This means conducting regular one\-on\-ones, monitoring KPIs, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and stepping in when a team member needs extra support or a customer situation needs a higher level of attention. Beyond day\-to\-day management, you'll play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing your team. You'll participate in leadership meetings, analyze reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with ownership to ensure the branch is operating at a high level.
