Registered Nurse (RN) professional responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the nursing care provided to meet patient needs on his/her assigned shift. **Job Requirements:** * Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing * Three years clinical experience with demonstrated clinical expertise and management abilities * Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of applicable state required * Basic Life Support (BLS) required **Key Responsibilities:** * Plans and supervises safe, efficient, and economical nursing care in compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies and procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. * Assesses delivery of patient care, helps with patient/family teaching, identifies problems, and makes improvements as necessary. Assesses nursing care needs by making patient rounds, or unit/departmental rounds. * Sees that quality patient care is provided for each patient in accordance with hospital and nursing standards.
