Description

The Maintenance \& Logistics Manager reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for leading the Maintenance and Logistics functions to support safe, reliable, efficient plant operations. The role coordinates general and preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, spare parts and materials, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and transportation activities. The Manager ensures electrical, pneumatic, pump, mechanical, facility, and related systems are maintained and repaired to a high standard while also ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role develops preventive maintenance, service, inventory, and logistics plans; minimizes equipment downtime and material disruptions; and ensures compliance with applicable safety, environmental, legal, quality, transportation, and company requirements.
