**What to Expect** Tesla’s Infrastructure Design team is seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive execution across Engineering, Design Management, Construction, and Infrastructure Design. You will be a key partner in how the team plans, funds, and delivers work – from day\-to\-day coordination to the rooms where Design, Construction, Finance, and Project Controls makes decisions. You will own program coordination for design and construction initiatives: relationships, source of truth, cadence, and follow\-through. This role demands operational discipline, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to align technical and business priorities across departments.
