We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Workroom Manager** to oversee our in\-house workroom and lead the production of custom draperies, reupholstery, pillows, cushions, bedding, and other sewn furnishings. This role combines skilled craftsmanship with day\-to\-day workroom management. You will organize projects, plan production, coordinate materials, and ensure every finished piece meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
