### **Summary** **Operations \& AI Manager** ---------------------------- Bush Realty Group is looking for a motivated, technology\-focused **Operations \& AI Manager** to help strengthen our systems, support innovation, and contribute to the continued growth of our real estate team. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking a **proactive builder and strategic problem\-solver** who takes initiative, recognizes opportunities, and turns ideas into practical, high\-impact solutions. In this position, you will manage key operational systems, organize team and client events, support agent recruiting and onboarding, track team goals and accountability, and help implement new technologies throughout the organization.
