**Responsibilities:** * Installation and construction of landscapes. This includes, but is not limited to: Hardscape Installation, plant material installation, and mulching. * Delegating tasks and overseeing the proper use of tools and equipment. * Proper use of equipment such as a mini excavator, track machine, trucks, and trailers * Keep track of receipts and invoices for each job in an organized and timely manner * Work with other crew members in a professional way for efficient project outcomes * Leading by example and setting the pace for landscape laborers * Coordination with designer/landscape manager to interpret construction and site plans * Interacting with clients in a professional manner * \*\*\*\*\*\*\*Experienced foreman opening available at higher wage. **Requirements:** * Landscape installation experience * MDOT medical card * **Valid drivers or chauffeurs license** * Ability to handle changing and challenging site situations * Must be comfortable using equipment, driving a truck and trailer, and dump truck * Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions * Must be self\-motivated and driven Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Expected hours: ...
