Overview: The HRIS Analyst partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to improve, automate, and continuously optimize HR systems, employee data, reporting, and process workflows. This role applies Lean thinking, workflow analysis, responsible AI\-enabled tools, automation, and data\-informed problem solving to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee and leader experience. The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical and analytical point of contact for assigned HR systems and functional areas, supporting system configuration, integrations, upgrades, testing, dashboards, process documentation, automation opportunities, user training, and cross\-functional projects that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, compliance, and service delivery.
