Description: **What You'll Be Doing** A Regional Retail Banking Manager at Bank Iowa is responsible for overall leadership and management of the regional retail operations, client experience, business development, community leadership and teller functions. This person requires knowledge of retail banking regulatory requirements and branch operating standards to ensure compliance with regulations and to protect the bank from unnecessary losses and risk. You will implement, train, and monitor policies, processes and procedures for all retail deposit products and services including but not limited to loan and deposit development activities and strategies to promote growth.
