**Description** --------------- This position will support the day\-to\-day operation of the esports facility, event coordination, student engagement, digital content creation, data management, and competitive esports activities. This position is designed to provide an entry\-level professional experience for a student interested in event management, facility operations, athletics, esports, student engagement, marketing, technology, or higher education. **Examples of Duties** ---------------------- **Esports Facility Operations** * Support the day\-to\-day operation and organization of the Mighty Banyans Esports facility * Assist with setting up and breaking down events, tournaments, watch parties, and other activities * Welcome and check in students and event participants * Provide basic technical support to students using the esports facility and equipment * Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and functional space for competitive and recreational gaming * Communicate facility needs, equipment concerns, and operational issues to the Director of Esports * Support the use of the esports space by student clubs and campus organizations **Event Planning \& Student Engagement** * Ass...
