Overview: PACE Supply is looking for an experienced **Regional Sales Manager** to lead our North Bay sales team, supporting the Santa Rosa, Ukiah, Napa, and Marin markets. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers while driving profitable sales growth throughout the region. You’ll work closely with customers, branches, sales leadership, divisions, and vendor partners to identify opportunities, grow market share, develop new business, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
