**Job Purpose** Provides leadership and support to all personnel within the assigned Area. Works closely with the Area Director of Operations and Doctors to ensure all business aspects of the practices are functioning orderly, effectively, and efficiently. This individual strives to bring out the best in the entire staff, for the benefit of our patients and our business. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day leadership of their assigned Clinic Staff and to support the Operating Doctors. The Operations Manager’s goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and our culture is representative of the Enhance Way. **Duties and Responsibilities** * At all times, model the Vision and Values of Enhance * Lead the Practice Staff and work as a direct support mechanism for the Practice Doctors * Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and processes * Coordinate the office and employees schedule based on need * Review and approve employee time * Responsible for training and developing highly motivated teams of professionals with direction from the ADO * Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to all staf...
