**Role:** Inpatient Registered Nurse within the Central Region Float Pool. **Responsibilities:** Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, deliver direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence\-based practice initiatives, and contribute to quality and safety programs. **Qualifications \& Skills:** Graduate from a specialty training program, with highly preferred experience of two or more years in inpatient float units or travel nursing. Ability to float between multiple hospital locations and work in a rotating day/night schedule, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Duties:** Engage in unit\-based decision\-making, uphold safety standards, and actively participate in team and organizational goals. Support patient and family needs throughout hospitalization and act proactively to resolve issues.
