**POSITION OVERVIEW** The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of financial statements for multiple entities, preparation of value\-added summary reports related to the financial statements and responding to questions about the financial statements from upper management and ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial statement audits, G.A.A.P, new accounting guidance, and reporting governance application and implementation. This position will assist Financial Reporting Director with continued special projects and work in collaboration with senior management. This position will be involved with corporate initiatives and analysis to ensure appropriate actions are taken by decision makers. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: * Financial statement preparation and consolidation * Account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets, and forecasting * Audit preparation, internal control maintenance, and regulatory reporting * Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for multiple entities * Prepare ad hoc financial reports used by senior management ...
